Comcast Connectivity Issues Resolved

I went to Comcast today and exchanged my cable modem for a new one, as recommended by the “customer account executive” I talked to yesterday.  Instead of the Motorola SurfBoard I had before, I now have a RCA DCM425 to play with.

After spending a half hour on the phone with another “customer account executive” to get my new cable modem working, it looks like my connectivity issues are resolved.
